NADA Architects are a small architectural practice with the main office based in Stockport and a small office in Sheffield. We offer a range of architectural services mainly for residential development including:
- Plans drawn for house extensions, loft conversions, or general home alterations
- Planning permission obtained from the local authority
- Building Regulations approval
- Feasibility Study
- Full Project management service; and…

Other area of work is on commercial building projects such as Commercial Change of Use, Pub Conversions, Office building and retail premises. My aim is to help you as our clients to bring out the best from your investment. We have many years of experience in the domestic and commercial sector and have helped many clients over the years in building their dream home or help them build their business. We believe it is of paramount importance to focus on the needs of the client on a project by project basis and my aim is to fully understand what is required as an outcome from the project whilst keeping to a budget.
Our regular clients are mainly in Stockport, Sheffield and South Manchester. However, irrespective of where you are in the country, we would be more than happy to assist on all types of residential developments with house extensions, loft conversions and property development nationally.
The company is owned by:
Ahmed Choudhry - Qualified as an Architect at the University of Sheffield. I worked with two large Sheffield practices for a number of years working on a range of Commercial, Residential and Education projects valued from £100k to £150m. The projects included small-scale residential schemes to large FE colleges and a range of interesting commercial projects throughout the region.
I believe I have a competitive edge and the personal services of a smaller Architectural design company. My focus is to help ‘you’ as our clients with my range of architectural services that can be tailored to your requirements.
