Commercial Change of Use in Manchester (Longsight)

The property was a Post Office for a number of years and has relocated locally. The client required a Change of Use from the Post Office (A1 use class) to a money exchange (A2 use class). This was quite a complicated proposal, as it required a major basement conversion that required basement tanking and appropriate drainage systems.
The planning permission for the Change of Use was obtained along with the Building Regulations Approval and all works to the premises are ongoing but are near to completion. The client is looking to open for business in April 2011.
