First Floor Extension in Manchester (Rusholme)

The client requirements were to create a studio flat on first floor level and convert the existing flat to provide an additional bedroom. The client also required an extended office ancillary to the ground floor accommodation which was included as part of the design. We produced all the planning drawings and submitted for planning approval which was successfully received 8 weeks later.
The client had excellent contacts with builders so decided to progress the project under a Building Notice. The works were completed on site by November 2009 for the landlord to let as rental accommodation.
