This was an unusual client request where they required a Change of Use from this existing mobile storage unit to a café with commercial kitchen, WC facilities and dining area.
Planning permission and Building Regulations was all granted without any major issues and we project managed the works to completion. We managed the design team holding regular progress meetings to ensure all work was in accordance with the specification and ensure the quality of the workmanship. The works completed in November 2010 for a very happy client and is now open for business.
