Commercial Change of Use in Sheffield (Ecclesall Road)

This property sits within one of Sheffield’s most desirable area in Sheffield. The clients’ requirement was to obtain Change of Use Consent from a lighting shop (A1 use class) to a 60 seat Restaurant (A5 use class). Change of Use approval was received in January 2010 and work began on site in April. The restaurant opened for business in October 2010 in preparation for the Christmas and New Year celebrations.

We worked alongside the interior designer at various stages of the project to progress the renovation of this building to what is now a fantastic Indian Restaurant. The proposed works included Commercial kitchens, public WC facilities and utilisation of some of the basement accommodation as staff facilities.
