Commercial Change of Use in Sheffield (Firth Park)

The commercial property was a jewellery shop for a number of years where the client now required a Change of Use to A5 use which is a hot food take away.

The planning permission for the Change of Use was obtained along with the Building Regulations Approval and all works to the premises have been completed. The take away opened for trading in May 2010 where the client is now running a very successful business.
