A derelict property which I remodelled by designing a single storey extension to the side and full width single storey extension to the rear on a large coner plot.
The clients’ requirement was to obtain Change of Use Consent from a lighting shop to a 60 seat Restaurant.

The client required a garage conversion to provide a large breakfast kitchen with a downstairs WC. Due to the roof design on the principal elevation, the works required planning consent, which were approved without any issues from the council. Planning consent was received in May 2010.
Building Regulations have been obtained and work is currently in progress on site.
