Single Storey Rear Extension in Sheffield (Shirecliffe)

This project consisted of a single storey rear extension which would be accepted under Permitted Development. It meant the extension could project a maximum of 3 metres from the rear of the existing property. The accommodation included an extended breakfast kitchen and day room.
We produced the design drawings for the client with a very fast turnaround as it was an urgent request to have the works completed within a certain period of time.
We submitted the application for Building Regulations which was approved in December 2010. The client is obtaining competitive quotations from our recommended builders to commence work on site in May 2011.
