The existing house is a four bedroom detached property on a corner plot in a relatively new estate. We produced a design that provided a large guest lounge, extended breakfast kitchen, ground floor bathroom and two en-suite bedrooms to the first floor. Also, the client required a detached double garage to the front that proved to be a challenge during negotiations with the local authority.
The image shown is a 3D computer generated image produced by us on client request. The client wanted to understand how the massing of the property would appear, particularly from the approach on his driveway. Therefore, we produced this visual that demonstrated the scale of the new two storey extension and the detached garage.
Planning permission was finally obtained and work is in progress to submit an application for Building Regulations approval with a view to build on site within the next 6 months.
