Single Storey Rear & Side Extension in Sheffield (Crosspool)

This proposed works is split in two phases. The first phase was to build a single storey rear extension to create a large family room and luxury breakfast kitchen. The extension has now been erected (July 2011) which was completed as permitted development. The extension is 3 metres deep which extended through the existing rear wall of the house to form a versatile open plan space overlooking the garden. NADA Architects assisted the client with the complete design drawings, building regulations approval, structural calculations and appointing a suitable contractor who completed the works to an excellent standard. Our unique tender service ensured the project was delivered within our clients budget and timescales.
The second phase of the project is to extend to the side of the property which should also be completed as permitted development. The accommodation will consist of a laundry room, workshop and a much needed storage room. However, this phase is not due to commence until further instruction from the client.
