A very sensitive project in a Conservation area where the client was looking for a three storey extension to the side and full width single storey extension to the rear on this attractive four bedroom house. This consisted of a large summer room, additional living room, luxury breakfast kitchen and three additional bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities.
Planning Permission and Building Regulations approvals are all in place and the client is looking to progress the build early this year where quotations are being obtained from recommended builders.
The images shown are 3D computer generated images we produced on client request. The client wanted a flavour of the actual spaces created in 3D and this assisted them in making certain decisions on their requirements for their home. Once the works are completed, this will become an impressive family home with a lot of space and character.
