Two Storey Rear Extension in Manchester (Chorlton)

The client brief was to provide extended accommodation for his family with a larger kitchen, spacious living room and an additional bedroom to the first floor. We produced numerous design options until the client was happy with the proposed layout.
We produced all the planning drawings and submitted for planning approval which was approved in May 2009. The client is finally considering extending during the summer 2011 as the planning consent would expire in May 2012.
