NADA Architects have gone from Strength to Strength

NADA Architects have gone from strength to strength since we began trading in April 2009. Who said we are going through a recession? Who said the construction industry is suffering? We believe that by offering a reliable and professional service, we are confident our clients will refer us to their friends, contacts and business colleagues and this is exactly what we have experienced with our many happy clients during this difficult economy. We don’t only offer a reliable and professional service, we have exceeded our client expectations on numerous occasions. We strive for success with every project and always aim to deliver a quality building for all our clients.
More interestingly, we have not only been working on numerous domestic extensions and residential projects across the country, but have recently been approached by our client from Sheffield Cycle Speedway where we have been asked to redesign one of their sporting facilities in Sheffield. We are providing improved facilities incorporating tiered spectator seating, cycle pits area and flood lighting. The existing facilities currently include a tired looking cycle speedway track and with not much more. The sport is becoming increasingly popular across the country and Sheffield Cycle Speedway identified the need to invest drastically improving the facilities for the cyclists and the visiting spectators. The project has now been approved for planning consent by the local authority with no real implications addressed by Sheffield City Council. We are expecting to submit for Building Regulations during the early part of 2011 with a view to progress on site during Spring 2011.
Other current projects include a large detached property in East London where two single storey extensions are being built and a large loft conversion. Overall, the extensions include a large bespoke luxury breakfast kitchen, summer room, games room, and two further bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Construction is in progress and expect the project to be completed mid February 2011.
We have also recently completed a commercial Change of Use from retail to restaurant on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield. We worked in conjunction with the Interior Designer to achieve a quality Indian restaurant in the heart of Sheffield’s most sophisticated shopping areas. The restaurant opened during November 2010.
